Improved Conversion Rate- ICR-XDD (ICR-XDD)
This tech allows you to convert (during construction) an XDD into a variant but adds an additional 15% to the cost.
This is an additional surcharge over and above the one in (D80.85) and stacks in the same "most expensive" way
It only works when at war (like all ICR techs)
May only be used to convert a new construction XDD hull to a variant, not one already built.
Examples:

building an XDT as your 1st XDD hull of the year- 275EP (list price) + 15% (tech surcharge) total - 316EP

building an XDT as your 2nd XDD hull of the year- 275EP (list price) +15% (2nd hull surcharge) +15% (tech surcharge) - 358EP

building three XDD hulls in the same turn (two variants, one base hull). The XDD, being the cheapest, is 230EPs (list price). The 2nd is an XDT (275EPs list price, +15% for being the 2nd of the year, uses a normal conversion). The 3rd is an XDA (300EPs list price, +30% for being the 3rd of the year, plus 15% for using the tech; 435EPs total).

building an XDA as your 1st hull of the year (on Yxxx.1) 300EP (list price) and an XDD and XDT on Yxxx.2. The XDD 230EP (list price) +15% (2nd hull surcharge). The XDT 275EPs +30% (3rd hull surcharge) + 15% (tech surcharge).
Note: The final example is one of the few ways to finesse the costs and is slightly cheaper than the previous one and is included to show how to do so. The example assumes that the empire's SC4 conversions are used on something else on Yxxx.2.
This tech is only available after a successful R&D program (D1.0).
