Improved X Production

With this tech, an empire ceases building cheap and brittle "war" class ships and fighters. In exchange, their X ship production rate is increased.

• The empire dismantles its War Class program and basic FTR programs and then gets unrestricted X1 ships construction (i.e., the limits of D70.10 are removed).
• Conversion rates from non-X to X remain unchanged (D70.11) and costs, including surcharges such as the 20% upcharge in (D70.10) & (D70.11) are also unaffected.
• This dismantling means all war class shipyards (CWSY, DWSY) get dismantled (must be scrapped (B10.10); normal shipyards specialized (B8.50) or automated (B8.53) for "war" hulls must be switched to another, non-war, configuration [i.e., a HDWSY could be converted back to a SC4SY]) and may not be replaced (including specializing or automating for a War design (example: a HDWSYA couldn't be set up, but a HDWXSYA could be)).
• The empire may no longer perform war class conversions (this includes CW, HCW, DW, HDW, and "war" DNs) or overhauls (such as D22.10a or F4.100d).
• No more war class ships can be built (X1 War classes (such as CWX, DWX, and HDWX) can still be built but only if it doesn't need a war class shipyard). NCAs may still be built.
• War class ships may no longer be converted to X1 tech (including those via D70.60).
• No more non X FTRS/bombers can be built. Standard MRS can still be built but they will cost the full BPV to build. MRS-X costs are unchanged.
• Any non-X FTRS in the MM will cease providing income (i.e., ignore them for purposes of (E1.30)). XFTRS do count for that calculation and will no doubt result in them gradually replacing non-X FTRS. Note: AuxCV/AuxSCS can't carry X FTRs, so a new ship capable of carrying them will need to be developed.
• Dismantling takes a single turn (ignore the scrapping limit (B10.10), but any excess income is lost).
• YIS 201. The YIS cannot be advanced.
• This is a milestone tech (D1.55) and is available to any empire at no cost.
• Empires will need to R&D XFTRs independently of this tech. If they want XFTRs producing income in the MM, X tech AuxCVs (or something similar) will need to be developed.
• There are no X tech bombers.
• There are no X tech heavy fighters.
• Once IPX is developed, an empire can't resume building non-X tech "war" hulls nor may they build non-X fighters.
