X Fighters Infrastructure (XFTR-I)

With XFTR tech, an empire has the ability to field X tech versions of their single space, top of the line, superiority fighter (example: F14D, G-D). XFTR-I gives the empire the infrastructure to field them on orbital and ground bases.

HBM on X bases may field XFTR and non-X FTR. They are the same cost as a regular HBM.
An X tech version of FGBM (FGBMX) becomes available.
FGBMX (30EP); same number of fighters and same crew size as its non-X tech versions.
X fighters may not be assigned to non-X units.
This is a milestone tech (D1.55) and is available to any empire at no cost once they have XFTR tech.
There are no X tech bombers.
There are no X tech heavy fighters.
There are no X tech assault fighters.
