Sequence of Play Errata

New items due to ASR tech. Normal text is context, bold text is new stuff.

5. Ships engage silent running (no 1 segment delay, unlike the mid-turn method).

Ships that engaged silent running in a previous segment are now hidden. Ships disengaging silent running mid-turn are no longer hidden. Ships ordered to engage silent running mid-turn power down their sensor gear (but take a segment to be hidden from the enemy).
